Send a Correction or a Question

Think of this form as the query column on a reconciliation. If a row in one of my comparisons doesn't match what you've seen, a range looks stale, or an article left a line item unexplained, send it in. Ideas for two treatments to put side by side go here too.

What stays off the ledger is your health. Please don't include medications, conditions or photos. The page and the line you're questioning are all I need. The phone number is optional, and I'll only use it if a correction needs a quick call to pin down.

I keep books, and that's the extent of it. I can't tell you whether a treatment is right for you, assess a reaction or give medical advice, and I don't book, change or cancel appointments with any practice. If your skin worries you after a treatment, get back to whoever did the work, and go to urgent care if it's serious. I'll write back to the address on the form.
